Waleska Rosario has more than 15 years of immigration paralegal experience. She is devoted to helping clients immigrate to the United States through family-based petitions. A native Spanish speaker, Waleska is passionate about helping people chart a better future for themselves and their loved ones. She sees her job as a vocation. Driven and focused, she is committed to expanding her knowledge of immigration law and procedure for the benefit of our clients. She is highly skilled in preparing a wide variety of family-based and other immigration applications, including adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization, and other complex immigration petitions. With her extensive experience in these matters, Waleska contributes to every aspect of the case, from formation of the initial strategy, to identifying key evidence to support the application, to assembling a persuasive and well-organized submission to USCIS.
Waleska was born in Puerto Rico and partially raised in Philadelphia. She has an Associate in Applied Science degree from Philadelphia Community College. She joined the firm as Senior Paralegal in February of 2023.
