We understand that your case is important to you and we pledge that it will be important to us too. If it is a criminal case, your freedom is at stake. If it is an immigration matter, the life you have built or would like to build in the United States may be in jeopardy.

As our client, you have the right to expect certain things from us. First and foremost, you have the right to expect that, from the time of our first meeting through the final resolution of your case, our firm’s founder, Attorney David Santee, will be primarily responsible for handling your case. That means that you will have the benefit of an attorney with nearly two decades of legal experience who will fight passionately on your behalf. From time to time, he may get help from a junior lawyer or paralegal. But Mr. Santee will always be the one in charge of your case and you can always reach out to him personally with any questions or concerns that you may have.

We pledge that we will keep you involved every step of the way. You can and should rely on our knowledge of the law and experience in trying cases. But we need to rely on you too. Your side of the story is important. We can’t do our job without knowing everything about it. You are the most important member of our team and we pledge that we will always treat you that way.

With every new piece of information that comes in, we will reevaluate that plan and revise our strategy as necessary, but always with an eye toward winning your case. At the same time, we will identify any risks and explain them to you so that you can make an informed choice. We will give you our best advice and won’t mix words.
