Our firm has an agreement with Affirm to provide financing options for our clients who are not able to or do not wish to pay all of their legal fees, filing fees, and costs up-front. If you wish to apply for financing, you can complete a quick online application on our payments page. If you do not qualify for financing, a friend or family member can apply on your behalf.

Affirm is a third-party vender with which the Law Offices of David S. Santee has negotiated an ongoing relationship in order to make their services easily and readily available to our clients. Our firm has no other function in the financing process. We are not involved in or responsible for the application and approval process, loan origination, loan structure, collections procedures, nor for any other aspect of lender practices for any applicant.
